How to pay
Payment is taken at reception after your session. No advance payment is required. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Room charge
All prices are per room and include tax. The rate does not change with the number of guests, so the more of you there are, the less each person pays.
However many of you come, inside the gate the time is yours alone.

Options
Sauna wear, towels and sauna hats are all included in the price and waiting in your room, so you can come empty-handed. If you prefer swimwear, bring your own or add a rental (¥800 each) when you book.
Choose the quantity of each item when you book. With a party of four you can order drinks for just two.

Payment
Payment is taken at reception after your session. No advance payment is required. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Cancellations up to 24 hours before your booking are refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 100% of the fee. You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email, or from “Check or cancel a booking” at the bottom of the booking page using your booking number and phone number.
