Please come five minutes early. Give your name at reception and we will take you straight to your room.
Change into swimwear in your room. Rooms B and C have separate spaces for men and women.
Sauna, cold bath, silence. Until your time is up, no one will disturb you.
Pay at reception on your way out. We can take your next booking there too.
What to bring
All guests are required to wear swimwear, regardless of how the room is used or whether the party is mixed. Bring your own or add a rental when you book.
Towels are available to rent. Choose exactly how many you need when you book.
Please note
Room A has no restroom inside. Wear the robe provided over your swimwear and use the shared restroom via the corridor. Robes are in the room.
If you arrive late, your finish time does not move. After you leave we clean the room and change the cold bath water for the next guests. Please allow time.
Welcome. Every room is fully private, and Rooms B and C have separate changing spaces. Swimwear is required.
We cannot admit guests who have been drinking. If you have a medical condition or feel unwell, please use the facility within your limits.
